Whale Center of the Pacific
Hawaii's largest collection of whaling artifacts from Lahaina's whaling era.  Free tours by a certified marine naturalist may be arranged. Open daily from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Oahu
USS Arizona Memorial
Free tours of the memorial are offered daily, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center. Get here as soon as they open.

Iolani Palace State Monument
The only royal palace in the United States which served as Hawaii's capital until 1969. Free admission to the grounds -  a charge for tours.

Royal Mausoleum State Monument
The Royal Mausoleum contains the remains of Hawaiian royalty.  The mausoleum is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. No admission is charged.
